These terms apply to use of the Social Seeding pilot. The service is currently offered to a small number of brands by agreement; detailed contract terms are provided separately when a pilot is arranged.
The service
Social Seeding is a campaign-operation service where an AI agent team handles sourcing, outreach, shipping, verification, and reporting. As a pilot, features and scope may change without notice, and the service is provided “as is.”
Rights and responsibilities
You retain the rights to your brand, product, and campaign content. The service operates campaigns per the brief and policy settings you provide. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and platform (TikTok, email) policies.
Approval and control
Every outbound action in your brand's name (outreach, shipping, etc.) runs only after the approval gates you keep enabled. You tune the autonomy level per workspace.
Limitation of liability
As a pilot service, and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, express or implied. Specific liability and remedy terms are set in the pilot agreement.
